To grow and strengthen field hockey throughout California by supporting players, coaches, umpires, clubs, schools, and communities at every level of the game. We are committed to expanding access, developing opportunities, and creating meaningful connections that inspire lifelong participation—from a player’s first stick to collegiate competition and beyond.

To make California’s field hockey community robust by building a thriving statewide ecosystem that connects youth leagues, clubs, schools, coaches, officials, and collegiate programs. Through collaboration, education, and innovation, we strive to make the California State Chapter the trusted resource for everything field hockey in California—growing participation, elevating the quality of the game, and ensuring every athlete has the opportunity to play, develop, and succeed.
