SENIOR Nexus
Continue Your High Performance Field Hockey Journey in College and Beyond
Whether you’re competing in college, continuing your career after graduation, or working toward higher levels of the game, Senior Nexus offers a unique opportunity to keep training, competing, and developing alongside some of the nation’s top athletes and coaches.
Senior Nexus Training Sites provide high-quality regional training, allowing athletes to continue sharpening their technical and tactical skills without extensive travel. Throughout the program, athletes participate in advanced training sessions and competitive opportunities while remaining close to their college or home communities.
These regional training sites also serve as the selection process for the Senior Nexus Championship in Virginia Beach, where many of the nation’s top collegiate and post-collegiate athletes come together to compete. The championship provides athletes with the opportunity to showcase their abilities, train in a high-performance environment, and continue advancing along the USA Field Hockey high-performance pathway.
For those athletes with aspirations of representing the United States, Senior Nexus is an important step in the U.S. Women’s National Team development pathway.
Who Can Participate?
Senior Nexus Training Sites are open to:
Current collegiate athletes
Post-collegiate athletes
Athletes identified by USA Field Hockey
Athletes must be current U.S. citizens to be eligible for selection to the Senior Nexus Championship.
